VACANT STAGING

We visit every property prior to staging in order to prepare a staging design plan and individual proposal.
Often we make recommendations on needed repairs or changes based on the condition of the home and the market.
Prior to staging, we will provide our proposal and contract.
There is a one-time staging investment for the first 60 days and a 30 day renewal fee every month up to six months.
Once these documents are executed, a stage date is selected.
Our professional stagers will select all the items for your property.
The warehouse team will pull, pack and deliver everything for installation on staging day.
