Initially we perform a Walk & Talk Staging Consultation outlining what changes need to be made while utilizing and prioritizing the existing furniture and accessories.

If the homeowner would rather hire us to make the changes, we prepare a proposal and staging contract. Once executed we select a staging date.

On the staging date we will make the necessary changes and provide accessories and art to fill in the pre-identified gaps, resulting in a competitively positioned product.

We have successfully tested and added virtual consultations to our services since March of 2020.

By meeting virtually there is the added benefits of seeing the property the same way the buyers will see it at first, virtually.
